Covion OSC Products means organic semiconductors or formulations containing organic semiconductors sold pursuant to a supply agreement for use outside the Field where the sale or any other aspect of the exploitation of such organic semiconductors or formulations containing organic semiconductors by Covion or any Covion Licensee or by a direct customer of Covion or any Covion Licensee has taken place in a country in which such sale or other aspect of the exploitation falls within any of the then still valid claims licensed to Covion under a patent covering that country in accordance with the Patent and Know-How Licence or falls within any of:

Examples of Covion OSC Products in a sentence

  • Where such Patent contains claims where the sale or any other aspect of the exploitation of a Covion OSC Product falls within such claims and but for such claims Covion would not be obliged to pay any royalty to CDT in respect of such Covion OSC Product then no further royalty in respect of the Covion OSC Product(s) in question shall be payable in respect of the claims under such Patent from the date on which the assignment is executed.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products which exist prior to the commencement of work under the Contract. Contractor retains the burden of proving that a particular product was existing before commencement of the Project. .

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials. 2.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Excluded Products means the items described on the applicable restricted products per country, any other applicable Program Policy, or any other information made available to you by LINIO.

  • Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Manufacturing Know-How means, with respect to the Product or any Variant thereof, the technology, data, designs, processes, methods, specifications and other know-how used in connection with the formulation, manufacture, labeling, packaging, quality control, release testing, and production of the Product, and all ingredients used therein and portions thereof.
