The Lease constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of Lessor, enforceable against Lessor in accordance with the terms thereof, except as enforceability may be limited by bankruptcy, moratorium, fraudulent conveyance, insolvency, equitable principles or other similar laws affecting the enforcement of creditors’ rights in general.
If the Agent or any Purchaser Agent receives such a notice, the Agent or such Purchaser Agent shall promptly give notice thereof to each Purchaser and, until each Conduit Purchaser has no Investment after the Termination Date, to each CP Dealer and each Rating Agency.
