Creation and Redemption Procedures definition

Creation and Redemption Procedures means the creation and redemption procedures as set out in Schedule 4 (Creation and Redemption Procedures) together with amendments or modifications to such procedures made in accordance with Clause 5.6 (Creation and Redemption Procedures).
Creation and Redemption Procedures has the meaning given to that term in the Allocated Account Agreement.
Creation and Redemption Procedures means the creation and redemption procedures as described in Schedule 2 (Creation and Redemption Procedures) together with amendments or modifications to such procedures made in accordance with Clause 3.6.

  • The Custodian undertakes to the Trust that the Custodian will adhere to the Creation and Redemption Procedures, provided that the Trustee shall use its reasonable efforts to provide the Custodian with prior notice of any amendment to the Creation and Redemption Procedures and, if the amendment relates to the Custodian’s duties, such amendment will only be made after consultation with the Custodian.

Creation and Redemption Procedures means the creation and redemption procedures of the Series as described in Schedule 2 (Creation and Redemption Procedures) of the Allocated Precious Metal Account Agreement together with amendments or modifications to such procedures made in accordance with Clause 3.6 of the Allocated Precious Metal Account Agreement.

  • Optional Redemption shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Redemption Conditions means, with respect to any payment of cash in respect of the principal amount of any Permitted Convertible Debt, satisfaction of each of the following events: (a) no Default or Event of Default shall exist or result therefrom, and (b) both immediately before and at all times after such redemption, Borrower’s Qualified Cash shall be no less than 150% of the outstanding principal amount of the Secured Obligations plus the Qualified Cash A/P Amount.
