Creation Deposit definition

Creation Deposit means the consideration for the creation of a Creation Unit consisting of Deposit Securities and the Balancing Amount.
Creation Deposit means the cash consideration for the issuance of a Creation Unit.
Creation Deposit means the requisite Deposit Instruments and Cash Amount. Under the limited circumstances set forth in the Prospectus, the Creation Deposit may consist of an all-cash payment.

  • The Authorized Participant understands that the number and names of the designated portfolio of Deposit Securities to be included in the current Creation Deposit for each Fund will be made available by NSCC on each day that the Listing Exchange is open for trading and will also be made available on each such day through the facilities of the NSCC.

  • The ProShares Trust will make available, prior to the opening of trading on the primary exchange on which shares are listed, a list of the names and the required number of shares of each security to be included in the Creation Deposit for each Bullish Fund.

  • If Index Receipt Agent has received from the Authorized Participant the Creation Deposit and Creation Required Cash Collateral (if any) required to settle a creation order, the Index Receipt Agent will instruct the Transfer Agent to create the appropriate number of ETF Shares of the applicable ETF Series for deposit to the Custodian’s DTC Participant Account for transfer to the Authorized Participant.

  • Personnel of the ProShares Trust or its Advisor with knowledge about the composition of a Creation Deposit are prohibited from disclosing such information to any other person except as authorized in the course of their employment, until such information is publicly available through the facilities of the national Securities Clearing Corporation or otherwise.

  • The ProShares Trust will make available, prior to the opening of trading on the American Stock Exchange, a list of the names and the required number of shares of each security to be included in the Creation Deposit for each Bullish Fund.
