Credentialed Professional Staff definition

Credentialed Professional Staff means those Physicians, Dentists, Midwives and Extended Class Nurses who are appointed by the Board and who are granted specific privileges to practise medicine, dentistry, midwifery or nursing;

  • Credential means a valid credential, life diploma, permit, or document in special education or pupil personnel services issued by, or under the jurisdiction of, the State Board of Education if issued prior to 1970 or the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, which entitles the holder thereof to perform services for which certification qualifications are required as defined in Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations section 3001(g).

  • Professional service or professional services means a professional service or professional services as defined in the Health Insurance Act 1973.

  • Licensed professional counselor means a counselor licensed by a member state, regardless of the title used by that state, to independently assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health conditions.
