Registered Professional definition

Registered Professional means a professional registered or licensed by and in the State of Florida and practicing under Chapter 471, 472, 481, or 492, F.S.
Registered Professional means an individual who possesses a current registered environmental health specialist certificate issued by the State of California, or is currently licensed with the State of California as a professional civil engineer or professional geologist.
Registered Professional means a person who is registered or licensed to practice as an architect under the Architects Act, or a person who is registered or licensed to practice as a professional engineer under the Engineers and Geoscientists Act.
