Credit Card Notifications definition

Credit Card Notifications has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(a)(i).

Credit Card Notifications has the meaning provided therefor in Section 2.21(a).

Credit Card Notifications means each Credit Card Notification, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, executed by one or more Loan Parties and delivered by such Loan Parties to credit card issuers or credit card processors that are party to any Credit Card Agreement.

Examples of Credit Card Notifications in a sentence

• The Administrative Agent shall have received copies of duly executed Credit Card Notifications with respect to all Eligible Credit Card Accounts.

• Each Borrower will not enter into new agreements with credit card processors processing Credit Card Receivables which constitute Eligible Credit Card Receivables hereunder other than the ones expressly contemplated herein or in Section 4.15(d)(ii) hereof unless the Borrowing Agent shall have delivered to the Agent appropriate Credit Card Notifications consistent with the provisions of Section 4.15(d)(ii) hereof and otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

• After the occurrence and during the continuance of a Cash Dominion Event, the Agent may deliver such Credit Card Notifications and Third Party Payor Notifications to the applicable Credit Card Processors and Third Party Payors.

• The Obligors shall deliver to Agent Credit Card Notifications instructing each of their Credit Card Issuers or Credit Card Processors to transfer all amounts owing by such processor or issuer to an Obligor directly to the Borrower Account or a Dominion Account, with such Credit Card Notifications to be executed by each relevant Obligor and accompanied by evidence that such Credit Card Notifications have been received by such Credit Card Issuers or Credit Card Processors.

• Open new DDAs with a Blocked Account Bank (other than any Excluded Accounts and any disbursement accounts designated by the Lead Borrower and used solely for such purpose) or enter into any agreements with Credit Card Issuers or Credit Card Processors unless the Loan Parties shall have delivered to the Agent appropriate Blocked Account Agreements or Credit Card Notifications, as applicable, consistent with the provisions of Section 6.12 and otherwise satisfactory to the Agent.

Credit Card Notifications has the meaning provided in SECTION 2.18(c). “Credit Extensions” as of any day, shall be equal to the sum of (a) the principal balance of all Revolving Credit Loans (including Swingline Loans) then outstanding, and (b) the then amount of the Letter of Credit Outstandings.

Credit Card Notifications means notifications in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent which have been executed on behalf of a Borrower and the applicable Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor and delivered to a Borrower’s credit card clearinghouses and processors listed on Schedule 2.
