Credit Card Agreement definition

Credit Card Agreement means, with respect to a revolving credit card account, the agreements between an Account Owner and the Obligor governing the terms and conditions of such account, as such agreements may be amended, modified or otherwise changed from time to time and as distributed (including any amendments and revisions thereto) to holders of such account.
Credit Card Agreement means any agreement between a Loan Party, on the one hand, and a credit card issuer or a credit card processor (including any credit card processor that processes purchases of Inventory from a Loan Party through debit cards or mall cards), on the other hand, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Credit Card Agreement means the agreement and Federal Truth in Lending Statement for MasterCard and VISA credit card accounts between any Obligor and the Credit Card Originator, as such agreements may be amended, modified or otherwise changed from time to time.

Credit Card Agreement means, with respect to a revolving credit card account, the agreement and federal Truth in Lending statement required by the Truth in Lending Act, as amended (15 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) for revolving credit card accounts between the Account Owner and the Obligor governing the terms and conditions of such account, as such agreements may be amended, modified or otherwise changed from time to time and as distributed (including any amendments and revisions thereto) to holders of such credit card account.
