CREDIT COLLECTION SERVICES means services performed by any Provider to obtain payment or liquidation of a debt or claim.

Related to CREDIT COLLECTION SERVICES
Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.
Banking Services Provider means any Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) or Affiliate of a Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) that provides Banking Services to any Credit Party.
Net Collections With respect to any Corrected Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to all payments on account of interest and principal on such Mortgage Loan.
Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.
Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.
