Credit Entries definition

Credit Entries are ACH transactions that deposit funds to an Account and have the meaning provided in the NACHA Rules.

Examples of Credit Entries in a sentence

  • Merchant may request a reduction of hold time on Debit and/or Credit Entries by submitting the applicable form provided by FORTE and supporting documents.

  • If the Customer is scheduled to initiate Credit Entries for processing to a Receiver’s account maintained at the Bank at least once every sixty 60 days, the Customer shall provide to the Receiver notice that each Entry has been initiated.

  • Customer, as originator under the Rules and Regulations, hereby authorizes Xpress, or its designees, to initiate Debit and/or Credit Entries to Customer’s bank account in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Company shall create Company Rules in the System to block Credit Entries and Debit Entries, pursuant to the requirements detailed in Bank’s current Service Documentation.

  • If Company creates inaccurate or incomplete Company Rules, truly authorized Credit Entries or Debit Entries may be returned or unauthorized Credit Entries or Debit Entries may be paid, and Company shall bear any and all responsibility for any losses or other consequences that may occur in either event.

  • This information will consist of the number of payment transactions and aggregate dollar value of Debit Entries and Credit Entries in such file.

  • Company agrees Bank shall have no liability for any Debit Entries that are paid, or Credit Entries that are deposited, prior to the time Company creates Company Rule to block such Credit Entry or Debit Entry.

  • If Bank requires you to pre-fund your Credit Entries and your Designated Account does not contain sufficient available collected balances at least equal to each unprocessed Credit Entry immediately prior to the time Bank processes such Credit Entry, your Credit Entry may be suspended and deleted from Bank’s ACH processing system, resulting in the non-payment of your Credit Entry.

  • The ACH Block module allows Customer to block all incoming ACH Debits and/or Credit Entries from posting to its Account(s).

  • To use the Service Customer shall specify one or more accounts of Customer at Bank, which are to be credited with all Debit Entries on the date finally settled and debited with all Credit Entries on the Entry Effective Date (the “Offset Account”).

Related to Credit Entries

  • Letter of Credit Account means the account established by the Borrower under the sole and exclusive control of the Administrative Agent maintained at the office of the Administrative Agent at 200 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 designated as the “Delphi Letter of Credit Account” that shall be used solely for the purposes set forth herein.

  • Facility LC Collateral Account is defined in Section 2.20.11.

  • Commercial Letters of Credit means those letters of credit subject to the UCP payable in Dollars and issued or caused to be issued by Lender on behalf of Borrower under a Loan Facility for the benefit of a supplier(s) of Borrower in connection with Borrower's purchase of goods or services from the supplier in support of the export of the Items.

  • Multicurrency Letters of Credit means Letters of Credit that utilize the Multicurrency Commitments.

  • Letter of Credit Participation shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.3(a).

  • Credit Extensions mean each of the following: (a) a Borrowing and (b) an L/C Credit Extension.

  • Letter of Credit Liabilities means, for any Bank and at any time, such Bank's ratable participation in the sum of (x) the amounts then owing by the Borrower in respect of amounts drawn under Letters of Credit and (y) the aggregate amount then available for drawing under all Letters of Credit.

  • Outstanding Letters of Credit shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.02(j).

  • Letter of Credit Cash Collateral Account means a blocked deposit account at Bank of America with respect to which Borrower hereby grants a security interest in such account to Administrative Agent for and on behalf of Lenders as security for Letter of Credit Usage and with respect to which Borrower agrees to execute and deliver from time to time such documentation as Administrative Agent may reasonably request to further assure and confirm such security interest.

  • Alternative Currency Letter of Credit means a Letter of Credit denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • L/C Credit Extension means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the issuance thereof or extension of the expiry date thereof, or the increase of the amount thereof.

  • Trade Letters of Credit shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(a).

  • Letter of Credit Documents means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, collectively, any application therefor and any other agreements, instruments, guarantees or other documents (whether general in application or applicable only to such Letter of Credit) governing or providing for (a) the rights and obligations of the parties concerned or at risk with respect to such Letter of Credit or (b) any collateral security for any of such obligations, each as the same may be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.

  • Letters of Credit as defined in Section 3.1(a).

  • Swing Line Loan Participation Certificate a certificate in substantially the form of Exhibit I.

  • Alternate Currency Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit denominated in an Alternate Currency.

  • Credit Account is modified to read “Grant Account”.

  • Dollar Letters of Credit means Letters of Credit that utilize the Dollar Commitments.

  • LC Collateral Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(j).

  • Facility Letter of Credit Obligations means, as at the time of determination thereof, all liabilities, whether actual or contingent, of the Borrower with respect to Facility Letters of Credit, including the sum of (a) the Reimbursement Obligations and (b) the aggregate undrawn face amount of the then outstanding Facility Letters of Credit.

  • Borrower’s Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8.

  • Letter of Credit Payment means any amount paid or required to be paid by the Issuing Lender in its capacity hereunder as issuer of a Letter of Credit as a result of a draft or other demand for payment under any Letter of Credit.

  • Foreign Currency Letter of Credit means a Letter of Credit denominated in a Foreign Currency.

  • Existing Letters of Credit means the letters of credit issued and outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement as set forth on Schedule 2.22.

  • Financial Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit other than a Performance Letter of Credit.

  • Letter of Credit Liability means, all reimbursement and other liabilities of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to each Lender Letter of Credit, whether contingent or otherwise, including: (a) the amount available to be drawn or which may become available to be drawn; (b) all amounts which have been paid or made available by any Lender issuing a Lender Letter of Credit or any bank issuing a Bank Letter of Credit to the extent not reimbursed; and (c) all unpaid interest, fees and expenses related thereto.
