Credit Pool definition

Credit Pool. As defined in Section 2.04(b).
Credit Pool means the credit pool made available by Digi containing the Credit Limit redeemed by the Partner in advance after which the Partner shall pay Digi for the utilised credit amount.

Examples of Credit Pool in a sentence

  • Forfeited Matching Credits and/or certain Bonus Credits and/or Dividend Credits shall be accumulated into a Forfeiture Credit Pool to be allocated and posted pursuant to Section 4.4.

  • Unless otherwise directed by the Administrator and approved by the Agent Plan Administrative Committee in any Plan Year and communicated to Participants, Bonus Credits forfeited under Article V do not become a part of the Forfeiture Credit Pool.

  • Such collateral requirements may be met by any means permissible in accordance with the MO Tariff, including cash collateral or the assignment of unsecured credit in accordance with Attachment B (BANC Unsecured Credit Pool) to this BP.

  • Forfeited Matching Credits and/or certain Bonus Credits and/or Dividend Credits shall be accumulated into a Forfeiture Credit Pool to be allocated and posted pursuant to Section 9.4 only through June 30, 2010; thereafter such forfeitures shall again be available for awards under ISOP, but not pursuant to the Forfeiture Credit Pool.

Related to Credit Pool

  • Loan Pool means: (a) in the context of a Securitization, any pool or group of loans that are a part of such Securitization; (b) in the context of a Transfer, all loans which are sold, transferred or assigned to the same transferee; and (c) in the context of a Participation, all loans as to which participating interests are granted to the same participant.

  • Lender PMI Loans Mortgage Loans with respect to which the lender rather than the borrower acquired the primary mortgage guaranty insurance and charged the related borrower an interest premium.

  • Collateral Pool means, at any time, each Portfolio Investment that has been Delivered (as defined in the Guarantee and Security Agreement) to the Collateral Agent and is subject to the Lien of the Guarantee and Security Agreement, and then only for so long as such Portfolio Investment continues to be Delivered as contemplated therein and in which the Collateral Agent has a first-priority perfected Lien as security for the Secured Obligations (subject to any Lien permitted by Section 6.02 hereof with respect to such Portfolio Investment), provided that in the case of any Portfolio Investment in which the Collateral Agent has a first-priority perfected (subject to Permitted Liens under clause (g) of the definition thereof) security interest pursuant to a valid Uniform Commercial Code filing, such Portfolio Investment may be included in the Collateral Pool so long as all remaining actions to complete “Delivery” are satisfied in full within the longest period of (i) seven (7) days of such inclusion and (ii) as the Collateral Agent may agree in its reasonable discretion.

  • Collateral Loan means a Senior Secured Loan, a Senior Secured Bond, a First Lien/Last Out Loan or a Second Lien Loan or a Participation Interest in any Senior Secured Loan, First Lien/Last Out Loan or Second Lien Loan that as of the date of acquisition by the Borrower meets each of the following criteria:

  • Revolving Facility Loan means a Loan made by a Revolving Facility Lender pursuant to Section 2.01(b). Unless the context otherwise requires, the term “Revolving Facility Loans” shall include the Other Revolving Loans.

  • Lender PMI Mortgage Loan Certain Mortgage Loans as to which the lender (rather than the borrower) acquires the Primary Insurance Policy and charges the related borrower an interest premium.

  • Mortgage Loan Borrower shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Refinanced Loans has the meaning specified in Section 10.01.

  • Letter of Credit Account means the account established by the Borrower under the sole and exclusive control of the Administrative Agent maintained at the office of the Administrative Agent at 200 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 designated as the “Delphi Letter of Credit Account” that shall be used solely for the purposes set forth herein.

  • Originating Lender has the meaning specified therefor in Section 13.1(e) of the Agreement.

  • Borrower Loan means the mortgage loan made by the Governmental Lender to the Borrower pursuant to this Borrower Loan Agreement, in the maximum principal amount of the Borrower Loan Amount, as evidenced by the Borrower Note.

  • Revolving Facility Loans shall include the Other Revolving Loans.

  • Borrower Account has the meaning specified in Section 2.11(a)(ii).

  • Buydown Loan A Mortgage Loan for which the Mortgage Interest Rate has been subsidized through a Buydown Fund provided at the time of origination of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Revolving Advances means Advances made other than Letters of Credit.

  • Group II Loans The Mortgage Loans designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group II Loans.

  • Aggregate Borrowing Base means the aggregate amount of the U.S. Borrowing Base and the Canadian Borrowing Base; provided that the maximum amount of the Canadian Borrowing Base which may be included in the Aggregate Borrowing Base is the Canadian Sublimit.

  • Mortgage Rate Caps With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Periodic Mortgage Rate Cap, the Maximum Mortgage Rate, and the Minimum Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan.

  • Letter of Credit Liabilities means, for any Bank and at any time, such Bank's ratable participation in the sum of (x) the amounts then owing by the Borrower in respect of amounts drawn under Letters of Credit and (y) the aggregate amount then available for drawing under all Letters of Credit.

  • Credit Account is modified to read “Grant Account”.

  • Revolving Loan Availability means, at any time, the Revolving Loan Limit minus the Revolving Loan Outstandings.

  • Group I Loans The Mortgage Loans designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group I Loans.

  • Revolving Facility means the facility under which Borrower may request Bank to issue Advances, as specified in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

  • Facility LC Collateral Account is defined in Section 2.20.11.

  • First Lien Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a first lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • First Lien Loans means the “Loans” (or any comparable term) as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.
