Credit Ratings definition

Credit Ratings has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 5.04(a).
Credit Ratings at any time, the then Moody's Credit Rating and the then S&P Credit Rating.

  • S&P and ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ shall have issued Investment Grade Company Credit Ratings for PG&E.

Credit Ratings has the meaning assigned to that term in Schedule 5.
Credit Ratings means, as of any date of determination, (i) the public corporate rating or public corporate family rating as determined by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇, S&P or Fitch, respectively, of the Borrowers and (ii) the public facility ratings of the Term Loans as determined by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇, S&P or Fitch, respectively; provided that, if ▇▇▇▇▇’▇, S&P or Fitch shall change the basis on which ratings are established by it, each reference to the Credit Rating announced by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇, S&P or Fitch shall refer to the then equivalent rating by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇, S&P or Fitch, as the case may be.
