Credit Support Percentage definition

Credit Support Percentage. As to any Class of Subordinate Certificates and any Distribution Date, the sum of the Class Percentages of all Classes of Certificates that rank lower in priority than such Class.

Credit Support Percentage. As defined in Section 5.02(d).

Credit Support Percentage. For any Distribution Date, shall be calculated as follows: The Credit Support Percentage with respect to the Class B1-I or Class B1-II Certificates will equal a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the excess of (i) the Pool Balance of the related Mortgage Pool or Pools over (ii) the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Group 1 Certificates (exclusive of the Class B2-I Certificates) or the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Group 2, Group 3 and Group 4 and Class B1-II Certificates, as applicable, and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance of the related Mortgage Pool or Pools. The Credit Support Percentage with respect to the Class B3, Class B4 or Class B5 Certificates will equal a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of any Class or Classes of Subordinate Certificates having a higher numerical class designation than such Class and the denominator of which is the sum of the Pool Balances of Pool 1, Pool 2, Pool 3 and Pool 4.

• If on any Distribution Date the Credit Support Percentage for the Class B5 Certificates is less than the Original Credit Support Percentage for such Class, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 5.02(a), no distribution of amounts described in clauses (ii) and (iii) of the definition of Subordinate Principal Distribution Amount will be made in respect of the Class B6 Certificates on such Distribution Date.

• Subordinate Certificates On any distribution date for which the Credit Lockout of Prepayments Support Percentage of the B1 is less than its and Recoveries original Credit Support Percentage, no distributions of prepayments or recoveries allocable to principal will be made to the Class B2, B3, B4, B5, or B6 Certificates.

• The Trust and the Adviser understand and agree that the Sub-Adviser may rely upon information furnished to it reasonably believed by the Sub-Adviser to be accurate and reliable and, except as herein provided, the Sub-Adviser shall not be accountable for loss suffered by the Trust by reason of such reliance of the Sub-Adviser.

• If on any Distribution Date the Credit Support Percentage for the Class 1B2 Certificates is less than the Original Credit Support Percentage for such Class, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 5.02(a), no distribution of amounts described in clauses (ii) and (iii) of the definition of Subordinate Principal Distribution Amount will be made in respect of the Class 1B4, Class 1B5, Class 1B6 Certificates or the B3(1) Component on such Distribution Date.

• If on any Distribution Date the Credit Support Percentage for the Class 2B4 Certificates is less than the Original Credit Support Percentage for such Class, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 5.02(a), no distribution of amounts described in clauses (ii) and (iii) of the definition of Subordinate Principal Distribution Amount will be made in respect of the Class 2B5 or Class 2B6 Certificates on such Distribution Date.
