Pool 1 definition

Pool 1. The aggregate of the Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as being included in Pool 1.
Pool 1. The portion of the Mortgage Pool identified as [Pool 1].
Pool 1 means a type of funding allocation from WCCLS to all Contractors, used in a prior agreement that expired June 30, 2022, set forth in EXHIBIT B “Prior Agreement.”
