Creditworthiness Information definition

Creditworthiness Information means the information required by SDW to assess the creditworthiness of the Access Seeker which are more particularly described in Section 4.2 of SDW’s RAO and such other information as may be required from time to time.

Creditworthiness Information means the information required by Omnix to assess the creditworthiness of the Access Seeker which is more particularly described in Section 4.2 of Omnix’s ARD and such other information as may be required from time to time.

Creditworthiness Information means the information required by the Access Provider to assess the creditworthiness of the Access Seeker which is more particularly described in Clause 4(d) of this ARD and such other information as may be required from time to time.

More Definitions of Creditworthiness Information

Creditworthiness Information means the information required by Packet One to assess the creditworthiness of the Access Seeker which is more particularly described in Section 4.2 of Packet One’s ARD and such other information as may be required from time to time.
