Packet One definition

Packet One or “P1” shall include X0.Xxx Sdn. Bhd. (769973-T), its holding companies, affiliated companies, associated companies, subsidiaries or any of its related companies and its authorized agents and representatives.

Packet One means Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (571389-H), or any of its related companies (as defined in the Companies Act 1965);

Examples of Packet One in a sentence

  • Prior to terminating or suspending or seeking to materially vary an Access Agreement or access to any Access Service(s) provided under it, Packet One must inform the Commission in writing of the action it proposes to take and the reasons why such action is appropriate.

  • Packet One shall not terminate, suspend or seek to materially vary the Access Agreement or access to any Access Service(s) until such time and on such conditions, as the Commission may specify.

  • Packet One shall observe and comply with the customer relationship principles set out in Section 4.3 of the MSA Determination.

  • Service Packet: One service package consists of the following documents: Summons Complaint, Income and Expense Declaration, health Insurance Information Form, Answer to Governmental Complaint and Child Support Handbook, and other documents as required by the Court.

  • The Access Seeker and Packet One will discuss in good faith on the planning and design of the relevant part of their respective networks and the dimensioning of Network Capacity to carry traffic within Packet One' Network.

  • If the Operators cannot agree to the provision of access on different terms and conditions, Packet One may terminate the provision of access to the relevant Access Service(s).

  • On termination of an Access Agreement or access to any Access Service(s) provided under it, Packet One shall refund to the Access Seeker all amounts paid in advance to the extent that the amount (or part of the amount calculated on a pro-rata basis) relate to the period after the date of effect of such termination.

  • Where the continued operation of the Access Agreement or access to any Access Service(s) provided by Packet One is or will be unlawful (as a result of a legislative change), the Access Seeker and Packet One shall meet within 5 Business Days of becoming aware of the relevant change in law to review whether access to the relevant Access Service(s) may be provided by Packet One on different terms and conditions (which are acceptable to the Access Seeker).

  • Pursuant to the Investment Agreement as disclosed in part A, note 14(b) of this announcement, a Convertible Medium Term Notes Programme (Programme) Agreement will be entered into between Mobikom Sdn Bhd (Mobikom) (and/or its related corporation), Packet One Sdn Bhd (and/or its related corporation), SK Telecom Co Ltd (and/or its related corporation) and Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (P1).

  • Packet One shall subject to Section 3.2, supply the Access Service(s) to the Access Seeker on reasonable terms and conditions.

Related to Packet One

  • SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.

  • Aliquot means a fractional part of a specimen used for testing. It is taken as a sample representing the whole specimen.

  • CCD means code compliance documentation as described in ASME A17.7, Section 2.10.

  • Display fireworks means large fireworks devices that are explosive materials intended for use in fireworks displays and designed to produce visible or audible effects by combustion, deflagration, or detonation, as provided in 27 CFR 555.11, 49 CFR 172, and APA standard 87-1, 4.1.

  • Packet Switch is a router designed to read the destination address in an incoming cell or packet, consult a routing table and route the packet toward its destination. Packetizing is done in originating CPE and reassembly is done in terminating CPE. Multiple packet formats or protocols exist (e.g., x.25, x.75, frame relay, ATM, and IP).

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Service Specific Terms means the HCL document current at the date of Order which contains any terms specifically relating to a Service ordered by the Customer.

  • Sample means a sample of blood, tissue or other biological material.

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • User seal check or "fit check" means an action conducted by the respirator user to determine if the respirator is properly seated to the face. Examples include negative pressure check, positive pressure check, irritant smoke check, or isoamyl acetate check.

  • SPID is the number that identifies a service provider to the relevant NPAC. The SPID may be a state-specific number. "Serving Wire Center" denotes the CenturyLink building from which dial tone for local Exchange Service would normally be provided to a particular End User Customer premises. "Signaling System 7" or "SS7" is an out-of-band signaling protocol consisting of four basic sub- protocols:

  • Smart Meter means a meter which tells us how much Energy you are using without us having to visit your home and which enables you to see how much Energy you are using;

  • UMDAP means the Uniform Method of Determining Ability to Pay and refers to the 20 method used for determining the annual Consumer liability for Mental Health Services received from 21 the COUNTY mental health system and is set by the State of California.

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • DAP The terms of delivery for the Goods shall be "Delivered at Place" at ISR's Site (DAP) according to "INCOTERMS 2010" - International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms (ICC Pub. No. 715), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Sections 6, 8, 9, 13 below.

  • Pupil Generated Content The term “pupil-generated content” means materials or content created by a pupil during and for the purpose of education including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of pupil content.

  • Pack means a package containing either 20 or 25 cigarettes.

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS) means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Three-dimensional reference system means a system as described in Appendix 2 to this annex;
