Packet One definition

Packet One or “P1” means X0.Xxx Sdn. Bhd. (769973-T), its holding companies, affiliated companies, associated companies, subsidiaries or any of its related companies and its authorized agents, representatives and assigns;
Packet One or “P1” shall include X0.Xxx Sdn. Bhd. (769973-T), its holding companies, affiliated companies, associated companies, subsidiaries or any of its related companies and its authorized agents and representatives.
Packet One means Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (571389-H), or any of its related companies (as defined in the Companies Act 1965);

Examples of Packet One in a sentence

  • If the Access Seeker fails to fulfill any conditions or commits a breach of its obligations under this ARD or the Access Agreement, Packet One at its sole discretion has the right from time to time to call in all or part of the amount represented by the Security Sum.

  • If the Access Seeker does not proceed with the Access Request accepted by Packet One, the processing fee will not be refunded to the Access Seeker.

  • If the Operators cannot agree to the provision of access on different terms and conditions, Packet One may terminate the provision of access to the relevant Access Service(s).

  • Packet One is a licensed operator under the Act and pursuant to its License, Packet One may offer network facilities, network services and application services within Malaysia.

  • Pursuant to the Investment Agreement as disclosed in part A, note 14(b) of this announcement, a Convertible Medium Term Notes Programme (Programme) Agreement will be entered into between Mobikom Sdn Bhd (Mobikom) (and/or its related corporation), Packet One Sdn Bhd (and/or its related corporation), SK Telecom Co Ltd (and/or its related corporation) and Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (P1).

  • Packet One shall not terminate, suspend or seek to materially vary the Access Agreement or access to any Access Service(s) until such time and on such conditions, as the Commission may specify.

  • The Access Seeker and Packet One will discuss in good faith on the planning and design of the relevant part of their respective networks and the dimensioning of Network Capacity to carry traffic within Packet One' Network.

  • For the purposes of this Section 7.4, Packet One must provide the Access Seeker five (5) Business Days notice in writing, including written reasons, prior to suspending access to any Access Service(s).

  • Video lottery terminal sales agent means a lottery sales agent licensed under Chapter 3770. of the ORC to conduct video lottery terminals on behalf of the state pursuant to Section 3770.21 of the ORC.

  • SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.

Packetizing is done in originating CPE and reassembly is done in terminating CPE. Multiple packet formats or protocols exist (e.g., x.25, x.75, frame relay, ATM, and IP).

  • Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • Sample means urine, blood, breath, saliva, or hair.

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.

  • DAP Delivery at Place" DAP (as that term is defined in Incoterms 2010, International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade, ICC Publication No. 715) at Delivery Place.

  • Pupil Generated Content The term “pupil-generated content” means materials or content created by a pupil during and for the purpose of education including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of pupil content.
