SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.
Aliquot means a fractional part of a specimen used for testing. It is taken as a sample representing the whole specimen.
CCD means code compliance documentation as described in ASME A17.7, Section 2.10.

Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.
Service Specific Terms means the HCL document current at the date of Order which contains any terms specifically relating to a Service ordered by the Customer.
Sample means a sample of blood, tissue or other biological material.
Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:
User seal check or "fit check" means an action conducted by the respirator user to determine if the respirator is properly seated to the face. Examples include negative pressure check, positive pressure check, irritant smoke check, or isoamyl acetate check.

DAP The terms of delivery for the Goods shall be "Delivered at Place" at ISR's Site (DAP) according to "INCOTERMS 2010" - International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms (ICC Pub. No. 715), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Sections 6, 8, 9, 13 below.
