If an organization or association described in one of the preceding sentences of this definition does not exist, “CREFC®” shall be deemed to refer to such other association or organization as shall be selected by the Master Servicer and reasonably acceptable to the Certificate Administrator, the Special Servicer and, for so long as no Control Termination Event has occurred and is continuing, the Controlling Class Representative.
