Examples of CRG Common Stock in a sentence

  • Information Statement” means the information statement filed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement (and any related documentation) to be distributed to holders of CRG Common Stock in connection with the Distribution, including any amendments or supplements thereto.

  • All issued and outstanding shares of CRG Common Stock are owned of record by the Shareholders as set forth in Schedule 2.2.
