Crossover Amount definition

Crossover Amount for a Class of Notes and any Payment Date means the portion of the Investor Interest Collections for the unrelated Loan Group that are available pursuant to Sections 8.03(a)(v) and (viii).

Crossover Amount. With respect to a Class of Notes and any Payment Date, the amount withdrawn from the Note Account for the other Class and deposited to the Note Account with respect to the first Class, pursuant to clauses (i), (iii) and (iv) of Section 8.02(c) hereof on such Payment Date.
