  • To enCore’s knowledge, all operations on the Xxxxxxx-Xxxx Xxxxxx Uranium Project, the Crownpoint and Hosta Butte Uranium Project, and the Xxxxxx Project and its other properties have been conducted in all material respects in accordance with good mining, exploration and engineering practices and all applicable workers’ compensation and health and safety and workplace laws, regulations and policies have been duly complied with.

  • All rentals, payment and obligations, royalties, overriding royalty interests, production payments, net profits, interest burdens and other payments due or payable on or prior to the date hereof under or with respect to the Xxxxxxx-Xxxx Xxxxxx Uranium Project, the Crownpoint and Hosta Butte Uranium Project, and the Xxxxxx Project have been properly and timely paid.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

"Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.
