Cumulative Free Cash Flow means the cumulative amount of Free Cash Flow for each fiscal year during the Performance Period.

More Definitions of Cumulative Free Cash Flow

Cumulative Free Cash Flow means, for any period means the sum, without duplication, of:

Cumulative Free Cash Flow of the Company or a Peer, as applicable, means cumulative Free Cash Flow for the three years in the Performance Period.

Cumulative Free Cash Flow for any Measurement Year, means the sum of (i) Annual Free Cash Flow as of December 31 for such Measurement Year and (ii) Annual Free Cash Flow for each prior Measurement Year, except as otherwise provided in Section 2(b)(ii)(C).
