Cumulative injury definition

Cumulative injury is any injury that fulfills all of the following conditions: 1. It is not traceable to a definite compensable accident occurring during the employee’s present or past employment; and 2. It has occurred from, and has been aggravated by, a repetitive employment-related activity; and 3. It has resulted in a disability or death.
