Currency Gains and Losses means the gain or loss resulting from changes in exchange rates between the functional currency and the foreign currency in which the transaction is denominated, to the extent specifically identifiable to a Collaboration Product and shall only include the currency gains and losses realized between the end of a Calendar Quarter and the date of invoice payment for that Calendar Quarter.

  • Capital Accounts An individual capital account shall be maintained for each Partner, and capital contributions to the Partnership by the Partners shall be credited to such accounts. No interest shall be paid on the capital account of any Partner.

  • Partner Nonrecourse Debt Minimum Gain has the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-2(i)(2).

  • Member Minimum Gain means an amount, with respect to each Member Nonrecourse Debt, equal to the Company Minimum Gain that would result if such Member Nonrecourse Debt were treated as a Nonrecourse Liability.

  • Net Tax Benefit has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b) of this Agreement.
