Current Inventory definition

Current Inventory means VIVUS’ inventory of Product on hand as of the Effective Date, as specified on Exhibit D to this Agreement.
Current Inventory means, at any given point in time during the Term, the Beginning Inventory as increased to reflect the number of Covered Machines added to Maintenance Services coverage subsequent to the Reference Date and as decreased to reflect the number of Covered Machines removed from Maintenance Services coverage subsequent to the Initiation Date.
Current Inventory shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.7(d).

Examples of Current Inventory in a sentence

  • VIVUS shall issue (or shall have its manufacturer issue) to Purchaser in advance of shipment a Certificate of Analysis (each, a “COA”) and Certificate of Compliance (each, a “COC”) for each shipment of Product (including Current Inventory) delivered to Purchaser.

  • Current Inventory levels are consistent with the level of Inventories that has been maintained in the operation of the Business prior to the date hereof in accordance with the operation of the Business in the Ordinary Course of Business.

More Definitions of Current Inventory

Current Inventory means the inventory set forth on Schedule 7(b).
Current Inventory means all manufacturer current, non-obsolete Inventory based on a 90-day average run rate, which is either listed on Attachment 1.2 or will be listed on Attachment 1.2 by supplement pursuant to Section 2.10(b).
Current Inventory means the subset of Conveyed Inventory that are first quality, ready saleable finished goods available for sale as part of the Business for the “Fall 2004” or later collections.
Current Inventory means all Inventory excluding any obsolete or excess Inventory as determined in a manner consistent with the historical accounting methods, policies and practices of the Business as set forth on Schedule 1.2(b)(i)(A) (the “Accounting Methodologies”) and as reflected in the calculation of the Target Inventory set forth on Schedule 1.2(b)(i)(B). The Estimated Inventory Statement shall be prepared using good faith estimates based on records of the Business.
Current Inventory means any Materials procured by Supplier in accordance with this Agreement which are not classified as Excess Inventory (including Long-Term Excess Inventory) or Obsolete Inventory.
Current Inventory has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10.4.
Current Inventory means the Coal Inventory and the Supplies Inventory of the Transferred Business, determined following a physical inventory thereof and in a manner consistent with GAAP and the inventory valuation methodology set forth on Exhibit “D”.
