Current Obligations definition

Current Obligations means Trust obligations arising from extension of credit to the Trust and payable in cash within (1) year from the date an Employer contribution is due.

Current Obligations means (a) all accounts payable and other liabilities or obligations of the Debtor that arose or accrued in the ordinary course of the Debtor’s business during the Case and (b) any taxes that were incurred subsequent to the Petition Date and became or become legally due and payable by the Debtor subsequent to the Petition Date and prior to the Effective Date.
