Relevant Obligation definition

Relevant Obligation means an obligation under this contract in respect of which a Force Majeure Event has occurred and the Affected Party has claimed relief under this Clause 17.

Examples of Relevant Obligation in a sentence

  • If the Company or the Company’s designee, as applicable, do not accept such offer at such time, the provisions of this Section 5.06(b) shall remain in effect with respect to such Relevant Obligation.

  • Within five (5) Business Days from the date of receipt of the Debt Price Notice, the Company or the Company’s designee shall notify the Debt Offer Party whether it accepts the offer at such time and, if so, shall purchase such Relevant Obligation at such time.

  • The plan shall describe what activities of any type of work that will be accomplished prior to any weekend work and those that must occur that weekend.

  • If the Protected Party, the Company or the Company's designee, as applicable, do not accept such offer at such time, the provisions of this Section 5.03(b) shall remain in effect with respect to such Relevant Obligation.

  • The pvo vata amount due and payable in respect of any Class A Note shall be calculated by multiplying the amount of the funds available to make payments in respect of the Relevant Obligation on the Class A Notes by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Amount Outstanding of such Class A Note and the denominator of which is the aggregate Principal Amount Outstanding of all the Class A Notes (rounding down the resultant figure to the nearest Euro 0.0l).


More Definitions of Relevant Obligation

Relevant Obligation means an obligation under this contract in respect of which a Force Majeure Event has occurred and the Affected Party has claimed relief under this Clause 17;

Relevant Obligation has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 17; "Relevant Year" means: (a) a year commencing at 0200 hours on 01 April and ending at 0159 hours on the immediately following 01 April; (b) in respect of the first Relevant Year, the period from the Effective Date until 0159 hours on the immediately following 01 April; and (c) in respect of the last Relevant Year, the period ending on the expiry or termination of this Contract and commencing at 0200 hours on the immediately preceding 01 April;
Relevant Obligation means the Obligations of the Reference Entity which fall within the Obligation Category "Bond or Loan" and which are outstanding immediately prior to the Succession Date (or, if there is a Steps Plan, immediately prior to the legally effective date of the first succession), provided that:

Relevant Obligation means any loan, debt or other obligation for borrowed moneys of the Issuer or the relevant Principal Subsidiary (excluding any such obligation arising in respect of the purchase of goods in the ordinary course of business of the Issuer or the relevant Principal Subsidiary) which is (A) initially offered, as to at least 50 per cent, of the principal amount thereof, to non-residents of Finland and (B) is in the form of, or represented or evidenced by, bonds, notes, debentures, loan stock or other securities which for the time being are, or are intended to be, or are capable or being, quoted, listed, dealt in or traded on any stock exchange or over the counter or other securities market (for which purpose any such obligation shall be deemed not to be capable of being quoted, listed, dealt in or traded as aforesaid if the terms of its issue expressly so provide).
Relevant Obligation means an obligation under this contract in respect of which a Force Majeure Event has occurred and the Affected Party has claimed relief under this Clause 17. Force majeure relief under this Clause 17: extinguishes the obligation of the Affected Party to indemnify the other party under Clause 8.2 in respect of Relevant Losses sustained as a result of the failure of the Affected Party to perform a Relevant Obligation; but is not available in respect of: any obligation to pay (or procure the payment of) money under Schedule 7; or any other obligation to do or refrain from doing any other thing provided for in this contract; and is only available in relation to a failure to perform an obligation under the Network Code to the extent (including as to time and conditions) that the Network Code so provides.
