Current Shares has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Current Shares means issued and outstanding shares of Company Common Stock owned of record and Beneficially Owned by the Stockholder as of the date hereof.

Current Shares means the 15,198,002 Shares of common stock of Seller currently issued and outstanding prior to the Closing of this transaction.

Current Shares means the shares in the share capital of the Company held by the Chargor as identified in Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
