Current Trading Market shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.8.
Current Trading Market means the OTCQB.
Current Trading Market is the NASD OTC Bulletin Board.

  • The Company hereby agrees to use its best efforts to maintain the listing or quotation of the Common Stock on a Trading Market and concurrently with the Closing, the Company shall apply to list or quote all of the Shares on the Trading Market on which it is currently listed (the “Current Trading Market”) and promptly secure the listing of all of the Shares on such Current Trading Market.

  • As used herein, “Standard Settlement Period” means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Current Trading Market or the Proposed Trading Market, as applicable, with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of Shares issued with a restrictive legend.

  • Trading Market means any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing).

  • Principal Trading Market means the national securities exchange or other trading market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the Original Issue Date, shall be the Nasdaq Global Select Market.

  • Parent Trading Price means the volume weighted average closing sale price of one (1) share of Parent Common Stock as reported on NYSE for the ten (10) consecutive trading days ending on the trading day immediately preceding the Acceptance Time (as adjusted as appropriate to reflect any stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, reorganizations, reclassifications or similar events).

  • Underlying Market means the relevant market where the Underlying Asset of a CFD is traded.

  • Principal Market means the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the American Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board or the New York Stock Exchange, whichever is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock.
