Parent Trading Price means the volume weighted average closing sale price of one (1) share of Parent Common Stock as reported on NYSE for the ten (10) consecutive trading days ending on the trading day immediately preceding the Acceptance Time (as adjusted as appropriate to reflect any stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, reorganizations, reclassifications or similar events).
Parent Trading Price means the average of the closing sale prices per share of Parent Common Stock on the NASDAQ, as reported by Bloomberg L.P. (or, if not reported therein, as reported in another authoritative source mutually selected by Parent and the Company) for the ten (10) full consecutive trading days ending on and including the fourth (4th) trading day prior to the Closing.
Parent Trading Price means the volume weighted average closing sale price of one share of Parent Common Stock as reported on Nasdaq for the ten (10) consecutive trading days ending on the date that is two (2) trading days immediately preceding the Offer Closing (as adjusted as appropriate to reflect any stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, reorganizations, reclassifications or similar events).
