Parent Trading Price definition

Parent Trading Price means the volume weighted average closing sale price of one (1) share of Parent Common Stock as reported on NYSE for the ten (10) consecutive trading days ending on the trading day immediately preceding the Acceptance Time (as adjusted as appropriate to reflect any stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, reorganizations, reclassifications or similar events).
Parent Trading Price means the volume weighted average price per share (calculated to the nearest one-hundredth of one cent) of Parent Common Stock on the Nasdaq, for the consecutive period of twenty trading days beginning on the twenty-third trading day immediately preceding the Closing Date and concluding at the close of trading on the third trading day immediately preceding the Closing Date, as calculated by Bloomberg Financial LP under the function “VWAP.”
Parent Trading Price means the reported closing sale price per share of the Parent Common Stock on the Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. as reported in the Wall Street Journal on the trading day immediately prior to the Effective Time.
