County highway means a public road that is constructed and
County means the county of Los Angeles or any public entities for which the board of supervisors is the governing body. (Ord. 2002-0040 § 1, 2002: Ord. 2002-0015 § 1 (part), 2002)
Counties means, collectively, Macomb County, Oakland County and Wayne County.
Downtown means the area covered by the Downtown Community Plan.(BYLAW 7688, 2014)
Cities means LAUs where at least 50 % of the population lives in one or more urban centres, measured using the degree of urbanisation established in accordance with Article 4b.3, point (a), of Regulation (EC) No 1059/2003;
Parish means the ecclesiastical parish in which the Academy is situated or one which it serves;
Project Highway means the Site comprising the existing road {, proposed bypasses and tunnels} forming part of [NH-** from km ** to km **] and all Project Assets, and its subsequent development and augmentation in accordance with this Agreement;
County Council means Greenville County Council, the governing body of the County.
City means the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
City Council means the City Council of the City.
County clerk means the county clerk or the county official in charge of elections.
County office means any officer, department, board, commission, agency, court, or other instrumentality of a county.
Rural county means a county of the third, fourth, fifth, or sixth class.
Urban area means Maricopa and Pima counties, excluding Tribal Lands.
sitting means, in relation to a House, a period during which that House is sitting continuously without adjournment, and includes any period during which the House is in committee;
Burswood Casino means those premises in the Resort Complex identified in the Drawings as the areas to constitute the casino and includes areas in which money counting, surveillance, storage and other activities related to the conduct and playing of Games are carried on; and
Highway means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way or place open to the use
State highway means a state route or portion of a state
Host county means the county within the human service zone in which the human service zone administrative office is located and in which the human service zone team members are employed.
Surface waters of the state means perennial and seasonal streams, lakes, ponds, and tidal waters within the jurisdiction of the state, including all streams, lakes, or ponds bordering on the state, marshes, water courses, and other bodies of water, natural or artificial.
Urban district means the territory contiguous to and including any street or highway which is built up with structures devoted to business, industry, or dwelling houses situated at intervals of less than one hundred feet for a distance of a quarter of a mile or more, and the character of such territory is indicated by official traffic control devices.
State Council means the resident members of the State Council for Interstate Adult Offender Supervision created by each state under Article IV of this compact.
County Assessor means the Greenville County Assessor, or the person holding any successor office of the County.
Flood Boundary and Floodway Map (FBFM means an official map of a community, issued by the FEMA, on which the Special Flood Hazard Areas and the floodways are delineated. This official map is a supplement to and shall be used in conjunction with the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM).
Judicial Council’s Master Account means the Judicial Council’s billing account to which the Contractor is authorized to charge specifically identified charges under this Agreement.
SITC means the Standard International Trade Classification, Revision 3 (SITC, Rev. 3), published by the United Nations in Statistical Papers, Series M, No. 34/Rev. 3 (1986);
