Counties definition

Counties means, collectively, Macomb County, Oakland County and Wayne County.
Counties refers to the counties that sign this Settlement.
Counties means Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington Counties, or, if one or more of said counties withdraws from the Regional Hauler Licensing Program, the remaining counties.
