Customer Loan Limit definition

Customer Loan Limit means, as of any time, the greater of (i) $15,000,000 or (ii) an amount equal to the aggregate principal amount of Customer Loans originated by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries during the previous five (5) Business Days.
Customer Loan Limit means the Borrowing Base A as determined and computed with Customer Securities only.

  • Term Loan Availability Period means the period starting on the Effective Date and ending on the End Date.

  • Maximum Line means $5,000,000, unless said amount is reduced pursuant to Section 2.6, in which event it means the amount to which said amount is reduced.

  • Availability Amount is (a) the lesser of (i) the Revolving Line or (ii) the amount available under the Borrowing Base minus (b) the outstanding principal balance of any Advances.

  • Loan Amount has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(b) of the Indenture.

  • Inventory Formula Amount means the lesser of (i) 65% of the Value of Eligible Inventory; or (ii) 85% of the NOLV Percentage of the Value of Eligible Inventory.

  • Loan List means the Loan List provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Custodian, as set forth in Schedule II hereto (which shall include the specific documents that should be included in each Loan File), as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $30,000,000.

  • Facility Limit means $100,000,000 as reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.02(e). References to the unused portion of the Facility Limit shall mean, at any time of determination, an amount equal to (x) the Facility Limit at such time, minus (y) the sum of the Aggregate Capital plus the LC Participation Amount.

  • Maximum Loan Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note as the maximum Loan Rate thereunder.
