Customer Operations definition

Customer Operations means Customer’s usual activities related to the corporate and legal management of (i) legal entities over which he has Control or which have Control over him and/or, as the case may be, (ii) his clients;
Customer Operations means Customer’s usual activities related to sublicensing the Platform, the Service and the Service results;
Customer Operations means Customer’s usual activities related to the corporate and legal management of (i) Customer, its subsidiaries, parent companies and other group companies and/or, as the case may be, (ii) his clients;

Related to Customer Operations

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
