Customer Systems definition

Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

Examples of Customer Systems in a sentence

  • Customer will, at its own cost and expense, procure and provide all equipment, operating systems, servers (including cloud hosting, if applicable), and software needed for Customer to use and access the Services, including all other Customer Systems to the Services.

  • Customer is responsible for any malfunction, compromise, security breach or other misuse or problems with the Customer Systems and for the information transmitted and received through the Customer Systems.

  • Customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that Customer Systems (i) are identified on the list of systems, if any, approved by CSD for use with the Products, including the CSD Sensei Platform, and/or (ii) meet or exceed the technical requirements for the configuration of such Customer Systems and related computing or communication hardware and CSD Software.


More Definitions of Customer Systems

Customer Systems means the hardware and software systems of the Customer that interact with, or may reasonably be expected to interact with, the Hosted Services;
Customer Systems means all computer equipment (including mainframes, personal computers, servers and client/server stations), all associated or interconnected network equipment, routers, semi-conductor chips, software and communication lines, and all other equipment (including printers, copiers, fax machines and telephones), owned, licensed or operated by, or operated on behalf of, Customer;
