Examples of Customer or Customers in a sentence

  • The Customer agrees that neither it nor its Authorized Designees will modify the System in any way; enhance or otherwise create derivative works based upon the System; nor will the Customer or Customer's Authorized Designees reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to secure the source code for all or any part of the System.

  • Section 13.0 of these Terms and Conditions applies to all Suppliers providing Supplier Service to a Customer or Customers taking Daily-Metered or Non-Daily Metered Distribution Service from the Company pursuant to Section 11.0 or 12.0, respectively, of these Terms and Conditions.

  • The Customer shall not assign or sublet any interest in this Rental or the equipment or permit the equipment to be used by anyone other than the Customer or Customer's employees, without Company's prior written consent.

  • Peaking Service is available to all Suppliers providing Supplier Service to a Customer or Customers taking Daily-Metered or Non-Daily Metered Distribution Service from the Company pursuant to Section 11.0 or 12.0, respectively, of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Individuals who are not employees of Customer or Customer`s Business Partners and who purchase or receive goods and/or services from Customer do not require Named User licenses unless otherwise regulated.

  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.

  • Top Customers has the meaning specified in Section 4.28(a).

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue.

  • Host Customer means a customer under a Customer Agreement.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.
