The Customer agrees that neither it nor its Authorized Designees will modify the System in any way; enhance or otherwise create derivative works based upon the System; nor will the Customer or Customer's Authorized Designees reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to secure the source code for all or any part of the System.

Customer agrees that Provider may (i) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Aggregated Statistics to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law; provided that such Aggregated Statistics do not identify Customer or Customer's Confidential Information.
Each LOA will provide, among other things, that the End User has consented to the transfer being performed by Customer or Customer's designee.
