End-Use Customer definition

End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

More Definitions of End-Use Customer

End-Use Customer means, (i) with respect to a Designated System that is a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device, an eligible customer2 under the SFA for which the Designated System’s output is primarily used to offset that customer's electricity load; and (ii) with respect to a Designated System that is a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project, an eligible low-income residential customer under the SFA with a Subscription to a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.
