Customs debt definition

Customs debt means the obligation on a person to pay the amount of import or export duty which applies to specific goods under the customs legislation in force;
Customs debt means the obligation on a person to pay the amount of the import duties (customs debt on importation) or export duties (customs debt on exportation) which apply to specific goods under the Community provisions in force.
Customs debt means a payment obligatory on a person, on account of customs duty, charges (haq ul zamat), dues (awarez), penalties (jerima), and any other monetary obligations (eltezamat e puli) that apply to specific goods or actions under customs legislation.
