Daily Capacity definition

Daily Capacity. Overrun: quantity of energy, expressed in MWh (GCV). For each Daily Delivery Capacity at a Consumer Delivery Point or at a Regional Network Interconnection Point specified in Appendix 2, the difference, if positive, between the Daily Quantity Delivered on any Day and the corresponding Daily Delivery Capacity, shall constitute an Overrun of a Daily Delivery Capacity. The calculation rules for overruns are defined in the Sub-clause entitled “Price Supplement related to a Daily Capacity Overrun” in Section C. Daily Imbalance (referred to as EBJ): quantity of energy, expressed in MWh (GCV 25°C), as defined in the Clause entitled “Daily Imbalances” in Section D2. Daily Imbalance Excess (referred to as EXBJ): quantity of energy, expressed in MWh (GCV 25°C), as defined in the Clause entitled “Calculating Daily Imbalances” in Section D2.
Daily Capacity means Firm Capacity which is allocated to a Shipper for a duration of one Day in accordance with Section 1.5. (b)(c) "Firm Capacity" means the firm capacity of any duration (including a duration of one Day), comprising MDQ and MHQ, which has been booked and allocated to a Shipper in respect of an Exit Point as set out in a Firm Capacity Notice and as may be varied in accordance with the provisions of this Code and shall where the context so requires include capacity reserved pursuant to the Transportation Agreement and therein referred to as Reserved Capacity;
Daily Capacity means Firm Capacity which is allocated to a Shipper for a duration of one Day in accordance with Section 1.5.

More Definitions of Daily Capacity

Daily Capacity means Firm Capacity which is allocated in accordance with section 1.5;
Daily Capacity means an amount equal to the Installed Capacity (“ICAP”), or percentage of ICAP (if only a portion of a resource is the Capacity Source), from the Capacity Source that must be offered by Seller into the MISO Day-Ahead Market pursuant to the MISO Documents.
Daily Capacity means an amount equal to the Installed Capacity (“ICAP”), or percentage of ICAP (if only a portion of a resource is the Capacity Source), from the Capacity Source that must be offered by Seller into the MISO Day-Ahead Market pursuant to the MISO Documents. Seller acknowledges and accepts Buyer’s designation of the Capacity Source with the MISO, in accordance with Section 69 of the TEMT, as a Planning Resource and agrees to take all reasonably necessary action (either directly or through contract rights) required to effectuate such designation by Buyer. Seller also acknowledges and accepts responsibility to comply (either directly or through contract rights) with all applicable requirements of the MISO Documents pertaining to such designation, including, but not limited to, the requirement for Seller to cause the Capacity Source to be offered into the MISO Day-Ahead Energy Market and the first Reliability Assessment Commitment in an amount necessary to provide the Contract Quantity in a manner consistent with the obligations of a Planning Resource under Section 69 of the TEMT. Seller warrants, throughout the Term and with respect to each Transaction, that: (i) the Capacity Source satisfies the definition of Planning Resource, as such term is defined in the TEMT; and (ii) the Contract Quantity of the Capacity Source has been deemed certified deliverable by the MISO in accordance with section 69 of the TEMT, as evidenced by the results of the most recent deliverability test conducted by the MISO for which the results thereof are available on the MISO website at the following address: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Confirmation Agreement or otherwise, in no event will Buyer have any right to dispatch the Capacity Source, nor will Buyer be entitled to any of the Energy or other Products (other than Capacity) associated with the Capacity Source (including, for avoidance of doubt, any revenues associated with the Energy or other Products or Ancillary Services). In this regard, but subject to the availability requirements herein (as set forth in the Daily Availability and Minimum Monthly Availability sections below), to the extent that during any applicable Period of Delivery the Capacity Source, in an amount necessary to provide the Contract Quantity, is offered into the MISO Day-Ahead Energy Market in a manner that complies with the offer requirements of a Planning Resource under Section 69 of the TEMT, Seller will be deemed to have “delivered”...

  • Maximum Capacity or ‘Pmax’ means the maximum continuous active power which a power-generating module can produce, less any demand associated solely with facilitating the operation of that power-generating module and not fed into the network as specified in the connection agreement or as agreed between the relevant system operator and the power-generating facility owner;

  • New Capacity means a new Generator, a substantial addition to the capacity of an existing Generator, or the reactivation of all or a portion of a Generator that has been out of service for five years or more that commences commercial service after the effective date of this definition. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Offer Floor” for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is not a Special Case Resource shall mean the lesser of (i) a numerical value equal to 75% of the Mitigation Net CONE translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value (“Mitigation Net CONE Offer Floor”), or (ii) the numerical value that is the first year value of the Unit Net CONE determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate, (“Unit Net CONE Offer Floor”). The Offer Floor for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is a Special Case Resource shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.5. The Offer Floor for Additional CRIS MW shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.6. For the purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Non-Qualifying Entry Sponsors” shall mean a Transmission Owner, Public Power Entity, or any other entity with a Transmission District in the NYCA, or an agency or instrumentality of New York State or a political subdivision thereof.

  • Excess capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Nominal Capacity means the volume indicated by the manufacturer that represents the maximum recommended filling level.

  • Bid Capacity meanss capacity offered by the bidder in his Bid under invitation.

  • System Capacity means the operational capacity of the System at any applicable point in time.

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between: (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays; and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Committed Capacity means that portion of the Capacity that is required to meet the Capacity Entitlements of Access Holders;

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;

  • Unforced Capacity shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Available RP Capacity Amount means (i) the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 7.06(d), (g), (h) and (l) minus (ii) the sum of the amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to (A) make Restricted Payments in reliance on Sections 7.06 (g), (h) or (l), (B) incur Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb), (C) make Investments pursuant to Section 7.02(n), (D) incur Indebtedness pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and (E) make prepayments, redemptions, purchases, defeasances and other payments in respect of Junior Financings prior to their scheduled maturity utilizing the Available RP Capacity Amount pursuant to Section 7.13 plus (iii) the aggregate principal amount of Indebtedness prepaid prior to or substantially concurrently at such time, solely to the extent such Indebtedness (A) was secured by Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) or (B) was incurred pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and not secured pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) (it being understood that the amount under this clause (iii) shall only be available for use under Sections 7.01(bb) and/or 7.03(y), as applicable).

  • Interruptible Capacity means capacity that may be interrupted by the Operator at any time in order to fulfil shippers’ nominations under a firm capacity reservation.

  • Design capacity means the volume of a containment feature at a discharging facility that accommodates all permitted flows and meets all Aquifer Protection Permit conditions, including allowances for appropriate peaking and safety factors to ensure sustained, reliable operation.

  • Technical Capacity means the maximum firm capacity that the transmission system operator can offer to the network users, taking account of system integrity and the operational requirements of the transmission network;

  • Reserved Capacity means the maximum amount of capacity and energy that the Transmission Provider agrees to transmit for the Transmission Customer over the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System between the Point(s) of Receipt and the Point(s) of Delivery under Tariff, Part II. Reserved Capacity shall be expressed in terms of whole megawatts on a sixty (60) minute interval (commencing on the clock hour) basis.

  • Production Capacity means the amount of potable water which can be supplied to the distribution system in a twenty-four-hour period.
