Daily Update definition

Daily Update means the daily update of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/releases/h15/update/, or any successor site or publication.
Daily Update means, when Mainspring performs AML checks and provides AML confirmation to the Manager, a daily update email in which Mainspring confirms the list of Investor who have passed the AML checks;
Daily Update means the daily update of H.15(519), available through the world-wide-web site of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

Examples of Daily Update in a sentence

  • If the above rate is not published in H.15(519) by 3:00 PM, New York City time, on the Calculation Date, the Commercial Paper Rate shall be the Money Market Yield of the rate on such Interest Determination Date for commercial paper having the Index Maturity set forth on the face hereof as published in H.15 Daily Update or such other recognized electronic source used for the purpose of displaying such rate, under the caption "Commercial Paper - Nonfinancial".

  • If the applicable rate is based on information obtained from H.15(519) or H.15 Daily Update, that rate will be subject to the corrections, if any, published by that source within 30 days of the day that rate was first published in that source.

  • If the rate described in the immediately preceding paragraph does not appear in H.15(519) Daily Update or another recognized electronic source at 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on such Calculation Date, the Calculation Agent shall calculate the Treasury Rate for such Treasury Rate Interest Determination Date.

  • If such rate is not published in H.15(519) by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the Calculation Date (as defined below) pertaining to such CD Rate Interest Determination Date, then the CD Rate shall be the rate on such CD Rate Interest Determination Date set forth in H.15 Daily Update for that day in respect of certificates of deposit having the Index Maturity specified above under the heading “CD(s) (secondary market)”.

  • In the event that such rate is not published prior to 3:00 P.M., New York City time, on the Calculation Date pertaining to such Interest Determination Date, then the CD Rate shall be the rate on such Interest Determination Date set forth in H.15 Daily Update for that day in respect of negotiable certificates of deposit having the Index Maturity specified on the face hereof under the caption "CDs (Secondary Market)".

  • The following bibliographic databases were searched through the Ovid interface: MEDLINE, MEDLINE Daily Update, MEDLINE In-Process & Other Non-Indexed Citations, BIOSIS Previews, and EMBASE.

  • If such rate is not published by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the Calculation Date pertaining to such Prime Rate Interest Determination Date, then the Prime Rate will be the rate on such Prime Rate Interest Determination Date as published in H.15 Daily Update under the heading "Bank Prime Loan" or any replacement heading on that service.

  • If such rate is not displayed on Telerate page 120 by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the Calculation Date pertaining to such Federal Funds Interest Determination Date, then the Federal Funds Rate shall be the rate on such Federal Funds Interest Determination Date as published in H.15 Daily Update or another recognized electronic source for displaying that rate under the heading "Federal Funds (Effective)" or any replacement heading on that service.

  • If the rate is not published in H.15(519) prior to 3:00 P.M., New York City time, on the Calculation Date, then the Prime Rate will be the rate on such Interest Determination Date as published in H.15 Daily Update opposite the caption "Bank Prime Loan".

  • In the event that such rate is not published prior to 3:00 P.M., New York City time, on the Calculation Date pertaining to such Interest Determination Date, then the Federal Funds Rate will be the rate on such Interest Determination Date for United States dollar federal funds as published in H.15 Daily Update under the heading "Federal Funds (Effective)", or any successor publication or heading.

Daily Update means the daily update of H.15(519), available through the worldwide website of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/releases/h15/update/, or any successor site or publication. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Fed Funds Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Periodic Updation means steps taken to ensure that documents, data or information collected under the CDD process is kept up-to-date and relevant by undertaking reviews of existing records at periodicity prescribed by the Reserve Bank.

  • Daily One Month LIBOR means, for any day, the rate of interest equal to LIBOR then in effect for delivery for a one (1) month period.

  • 3-Month LIBOR has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the Reserve Percentage.

  • T-Bill Rate means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the average yield expressed as a percentage per annum on three-month Government of Canada Treasury Bills, as reported by the Bank of Canada, for the most recent treasury bills auction preceding the applicable Floating Rate Calculation Date.

  • Daily Usage File or “DUF” or “Usage Extract” means a service which provides End User usage call records as described in Attachment 11 - Daily Usage File.

  • Average Daily Availability means the average daily Availability for the immediately preceding Fiscal Quarter.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME1 Page means the display designated as page “US PRIME1” on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the US PRIME1 page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks).

  • Statistical Release means the statistical release designated “H.15(519)” or any successor publication which is published weekly by the Federal Reserve and which reports yields on actively traded United States government securities adjusted to constant maturities or, if such statistical release is not published at the time of any determination under the Indenture, then such other reasonably comparable index which shall be designated by the Company.

  • Treasury Index Rate means the average yield to maturity for actively traded marketable U.S. Treasury fixed interest rate securities having the same number of 30-day periods to maturity as the length of the applicable Dividend Period, determined, to the extent necessary, by linear interpolation based upon the yield for such securities having the next shorter and next longer number of 30-day periods to maturity treating all Dividend Periods with a length greater than the longest maturity for such securities as having a length equal to such longest maturity, in all cases based upon data set forth in the most recent weekly statistical release published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (currently in H.15 (519)); provided, however, if the most recent such statistical release shall not have been published during the 15 days preceding the date of computation, the foregoing computations shall be based upon the average of comparable data as quoted to the Trust by at least three recognized dealers in U.S. government securities selected by the Trust.

  • Index Provider means, in respect of a Sub-Fund, the person responsible for compiling the Index against which the relevant Sub-Fund benchmarks its investments and who holds the right to licence the use of such Index to the relevant Sub-Fund as set out in the relevant Appendix.

  • Six-Month LIBOR The average of interbank offered rates for six-month U.S. dollar deposits in the London market based on quotations of major banks.

  • Average Daily Flow means the cumulative total sewage flow to the sewage works during a calendar year divided by the number of days during which sewage was flowing to the sewage works that year;

  • Daily SOFR means the rate per annum equal to SOFR determined for any day pursuant to the definition thereof plus the SOFR Adjustment.   • Reuters Screen USPRIME1 Page means the display which appears on the display on Reuters (or any successor service) as page “USPRIME1” (or any other page as may replace such page), for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • Average daily attendance or "ADA" means actual average daily

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.

  • Benchmark Rate means, with respect to any Redemption Date, the rate per annum equal to the annual equivalent yield to maturity or interpolated maturity of the Comparable Benchmark Issue (as defined below), assuming a price for the Comparable Benchmark Issue (expressed as a percentage of its principal amount) equal to the Comparable Benchmark Price for such Redemption Date.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page” means the display on the Reuter Monitor Money Rates Service (or any successor service) on the “US PRIME 1” page (or any other page as may replace that page on that service) for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • Compounded Daily €STR means, with respect to any Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily euro short-term rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) as calculated by the Calculation Agent as at the relevant Interest Determination Date in accordance with the following formula (and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the nearest fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards):

  • Reuters Screen USPRIME 1 Page means the display designated as page "USPRIME 1" on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service, or any successor service, or any other page as may replace the USPRIME 1 Page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • DAILY LOG BOOK means the format as may be certified by the Company's Engineer on a day-to-day basis during the tenure of this Agreement.

  • Reference Rate Screen Page means the Reference Rate Screen Page, as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data (or on any successor page, which will be notified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 6 of the General Conditions).
