Danish Capital Markets Act definition

Danish Capital Markets Act means the Danish Act on capital markets (in Danish: Lov om kapitalmarkeder) Consolidated Act No. 12 of 8 January 2018 as amended and/or replaced from time to time.
Danish Capital Markets Act means the Danish Capital Markets Act (Consolidated Act no. 2014 of 1 November 2021, as amended or replaced from time to time);
Danish Capital Markets Act means the Danish Consolidated Act No. 2014 of 1 November 2021 on capital markets, as amended and supplemented from time to time (in Danish: Lov om kapitalmarkeder).
