Data Center Rules definition

Data Center Rules means the then-current rules and procedures relating to physical access to the Facility.
Data Center Rules means the rules applying to the Customer’s use of the Data Center;
Data Center Rules means the rules and procedures adopted by OneColo from time to time to govern use of, and behavior in, the Data Center by Customers.

Examples of Data Center Rules in a sentence

  • To the extent there is a conflict between or among the terms of this Agreement, the AUP, the Data Center Rules, and the Hardware Control XXXX, the following shall be the order of precedence: (i) AUP; (ii) Hardware Control XXXX; (iii) Agreement; (iv) Data Center Rules.

  • Customer shall inform each applicable Customer Representative of the Data Center Rules prior to such Customer Representative accessing the Facility.

  • Customer shall be liable for the acts and omissions of all Customer Representatives who access, or attempt to access, the Facility, including for their violation of the Data Center Rules, at least to the same extent as if such acts and omissions were Customer’s own.

  • Whinstone shall provide the Customer a copy of the Data Center Rules and shall send a new copy if there are any changes made therein.

  • To obtain such access, Customer must provide prior notice to Provider in accordance with the Data Center Rules, and coordinate with Provider so that all such access may be escorted.

  • To obtain such access, Customer must deliver prior written notice to Provider in accordance with the Data Center Rules, and in no event later than [***] Business Days prior to the date of such access.

  • To the extent there is a conflict between or among the terms of this Agreement, the AUP, and the Data Center Rules, the following shall be the order of precedence: (i) AUP; (ii) Agreement; (iii) Data Center Rules.

  • In addition, Customer agrees that its use and its customers’ and other third-party users’ use of the Service and the Customer Data (as defined below) shall not knowingly violate the terms of ViaWest’s AUP, Addendum or Data Center Rules, and Customer shall not use, and shall not permit its agents to use, the Service or Customer’s Equipment (defined below) for any illegal purpose.

  • Colocation Services are subject to Sungard AS’ Data Center Rules and Regulations as well as associated policies, which are updated from time to time and located on the Customer Portal.

  • Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ViaWest and its employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents from and against any and all Losses arising from or related to (a) any breach of this Agreement, ViaWest’s AUP or, with respect to any colocation-related Service, ViaWest’s Data Center Rules; or (b) any use of the Service, or any negligent or willful act or omission by Customer or any of its invitees, employees, affiliates, contractors, or agents.

Data Center Rules means the then-current rules and procedures relating to physical access to the Facility. “Data Center Specifications” is defined in Section 3.1.

Related to Data Center Rules

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Data Center means the location where the production instance of the Cloud Service is hosted for the Customer in its region, as published at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corporate-en/about/our- company/policies/data-privacy-and-security/location-of-data-center.html or notified to Customer or otherwise agreed in an Order Form.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.2.2. "Directory Assistance Lists" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.

  • Data Centre or "DC" means the primary centre where data, software, computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunication and storage systems, redundant or backup power supplies, redundant data communications, environment controls and security devices are housed and operated from;

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Unfit-for-use tank system means a tank system that has been determined through an integrity assessment or other inspection to be no longer capable of storing or treating hazardous waste without posing a threat of release of hazardous waste to the environment.

  • Rape Crisis Center means an office, institution, or center offering assistance to victims of sexual offenses through crisis intervention, medical and legal information, and follow-up counseling.

  • Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.

  • Central Contracts and Legal Services means the DSHS central headquarters contracting office, or successor section or office.

  • public telecommunications network means the telecommunications infrastructure authorised by a Party to be used to provide public telecommunications services between defined network termination points;

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Market Operations Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by or on behalf of a Market Participant to communicate and coordinate with the Office of the Interconnection in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI) means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • public works contract means any agreement between any individual, firm or corporation and the State or any political subdivision of the State other than a municipality for construction, rehabilitation, conversion, extension, demolition or repair of a public building, highway or other changes or improvements in real property, or which is financed in whole or in part by the State, including, but not limited to, matching expenditures, grants, loans, insurance or guarantees.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
