Data Connection Software definition

Data Connection Software means Palantir software provided for installation locally for Customer to connect Customer Data to the Service.

  • If applicable for use of the Service, and subject to the condition subsequent set forth in Section 2.8, Palantir grants to Customer during the Term a non-exclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the Data Connection Software for the sole purposes of using and connecting to the Service.
