Day definition

Day means calendar day.
Day means calendar day, unless otherwise specified as “Business Day”. A Business Day is any day that is an official working day of the Procuring Entity. It excludes official public holidays.
Day means a calendar day beginning and ending at 00 Hrs and 24 hrs respectively.

  • If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall not be a Trading Day, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding Trading Day.

  • Each notice required to be delivered pursuant to clauses (i) and (ii) of the immediately preceding paragraph shall be given not later than the tenth (10th) Business Day after the event giving rise to the requirement for such notice and any information requested pursuant to clause (iii) of the immediately preceding paragraph shall be provided as promptly as practicable after such request is made.
