Data Room Index definition

Data Room Index means the data room index in the agreed form;

Data Room Index means the index of Due Diligence Material disclosed in writing in the electronic data room established by Xxxxxxx in relation to the Transaction, in a form agreed between the parties in writing on or prior to the date of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Data Room Index

Data Room Index means the index of the documents listed in the Data Room, a copy of which is attached as Annexure D;
