Data Room Index definition

Data Room Index means the index detailing the contents of the Data Room, in the agreed form;

Data Room Index means the index of the documents listed in the Data Room, a copy of which is attached as Annexure D;

Data Room Index means the index of documents listing the documents made available by the Sellers to the Purchaser and its advisers for review attached hereto as Exhibit 7.
