Data Transferor definition

Data Transferor or “Transferor” means a party to this agreement who transfers data to the other party (the recipient) in accordance with this agreement
Data Transferor means that Controller who transfers the relevant Personal Data;
Data Transferor means the party, parties or the third party service provider
