Date of Disbursement definition

Date of Disbursement means the date of a Disbursement.
Date of Disbursement means the date or dates on which the Authority funds the Loans. If the disbursement is made by check, it will be the date shown on the check.If the disbursement is made by electronic funds transfer, it will be the date the Loan funds are electronically transferred to the Approved Institution.
Date of Disbursement means any day during the Availability Period, on which pursuant to the request of the Borrower, the Loan Amount or any part thereof may be disbursed by the Lender subject to fulfilment of terms and conditions of this Agreement.
