Disbursement Request definition

Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.

Disbursement Request has the meaning given to it in Section 2.2(a).

Disbursement Request means the disbursement request attached to the Escrow Agreement as Schedule 1 and made a part thereof.

Examples of Disbursement Request in a sentence

• The Escrow Agent is authorized to obtain and rely on confirmation of such Disbursement Request and payment instructions by telephone call-back to the person or persons designated for verifying such requests on Exhibit A-2 (such person verifying the request shall be different than the person initiating the request).

• The Account Bank shall fund such draw request as directed by the Servicer in accordance with the Disbursement Request.

• In addition, the Borrower (or the Servicer and/or the Equityholder on behalf of the Borrower, as applicable) shall notify the Account Bank in the applicable Disbursement Request (with a copy to the Collateral Agent and the Facility Agent) of any amounts on deposit in the Canadian Dollar Account, the Euro Account, and the GBP Account, as applicable, which are to be reserved against the Unfunded Exposure Amount.

• All disbursements from the total Grant award will be made following CARB’s review and approval of any Grant Disbursement Request Forms.

• All disbursements from the total Grant award, including both advance payments and grantee reimbursements for funds not advanced, will be made following CARB’s review and approval of Grant Disbursement Request Forms.

More Definitions of Disbursement Request

Disbursement Request has the meaning provided in Section 3.1(a).

Disbursement Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule C.1.
