Date of Enforcement definition

Date of Enforcement means the date on which a Holder or the Supervisor makes a declaration pursuant to clause 13.1.
Date of Enforcement means the date on which the security created by this Deed is enforced by the Trustee;
Date of Enforcement means the date on which the Guaranteeing Group obligations created by this Deed are enforced;
