Date of First Operation definition

Date of First Operation has meaning given to it in the PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS operating manuals.

Examples of Date of First Operation in a sentence

  • Such documentation and verification must be provided to the IPA within the later of: five (5) Business Days of the Effective Date of this Agreement or within five (5) Business Days of the Date of First Operation of the Project.

  • For purposes of verification, Buyer and the IPA shall be granted read-only access of information for the Project by Seller within PJM Power Meter system or MISO Market Portal, as applicable, within thirty (30) days of: the Effective Date of this Agreement or the Date of First Operation, whichever is later; such data shall be treated and maintained as confidential and proprietary by the IPA and Buyer.

  • If the Date of First Operation of the Project as recorded by PJM-EIS GATS or M-RETS occurred prior to December 15, 2022, then the Minimum Equity Standard shall not apply.

  • Further, if construction of the Project spans multiple delivery years, then fulfillment of this commitment shall be measured for the entirety of the period for which Construction Activities occurred up through the Date of First Operation and not for each delivery year separately.

  • For avoidance of doubt, no subsequent verification of this requirement is expected to be performed by the IPA subsequent to the initial verification following the Date of First Operation.

Related to Date of First Operation

  • Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.

  • School operating purposes means the purposes included in the operation costs of the district as prescribed in sections 7 and 18 and purposes authorized under section 1211 of the revised school code, MCL 380.1211.

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Certificate of operation means a document issued by the administrator or an approved local jurisdiction for a conveyance indicating that the conveyance has been inspected by the administrator, an approved local jurisdiction, or a licensed third-party conveyance inspector and approved under this article.

  • certificate of fitness means a certificate issued by the Department to a contract bus carrier.

  • Surgical Operation means manual and/or operative procedures for correction of deformities and defects, repair of injuries, diagnosis and cure of diseases, relief of suffering and prolongation of life.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
