The assessment of any additional charge will be at the sole discretion of the Lessor. All Lessee’s and guests’ personal property and autos brought on Lessor’s property shall be at Lessee’s and the Lessee’s guests’ risk. Any personal property which Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx’s guests bring into the Community Room for the purpose of the above function shall be at the Lessee’s, or their own risk, and not the responsibility of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. Xxxxxx understands that he/she is responsible for the actions of his/her guests and is liable for any fine imposed by the Board for his/her guests violating any of the rules.
